In the summer of 2016, the life of 38-year-old Efrain Orta Jr. was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Rochester, New York. On the evening of Friday, June 17th, police were called to the vicinity of School 54 for reports of a shooting. There, they found Orta Jr. suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
