Esteban Alvarado-Bonilla, a 29-year-old resident of Islip, NY, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2017. On that fateful morning, members of the Sailors clique of the notorious MS-13 gang spotted Alvarado-Bonilla inside El Campesino Deli in Central Islip. He was wearing a football jersey with the number "18," which led the gang members to mistakenly identify him as a member of a rival gang.
