James Creekmore, a 41-year-old resident of North Bay Shore, Islip, NY, was tragically shot and killed on the night of January 3, 2015. Creekmore was returning home around 9:55 p.m. when he encountered an unknown assailant inside his residence. The suspect, who had been fumbling with the lock at the home, was let in by one of the children present.
