On a summer evening in the Bronx, the life of 20-year-old Armani Womack was tragically cut short. On July 7, 2017, just before 10:30 p.m., Womack was standing with a group of people outside a deli on Boston Road in the Williamsbridge section when a man in a black hooded sweatshirt approached.
