In the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx, a late spring evening turned tragic for Clifford White, a 42-year-old Black man. On May 29, 2023, at approximately 10:50 p.m., the lobby of a building at 1199 Boston Road, next door to his own home, became the scene of his untimely death.
