Justin Hackley, a 20-year-old college student from Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2017. Hackley, who was home on a break from Delaware State University, was shot and killed in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn. The incident occurred around 11:35 p.m. near the intersection of Church Avenue and Ocean Avenue.
