Jaquan Christopher "Goldie" Moore, an 18-year-old from Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on December 8, 2017. The incident occurred while Moore was stopped at a traffic light on South Geddes Street. He was shot in the head, causing his vehicle to crash into a utility pole.
