On June 5, 2024, at approximately 1:43 p.m., Syracuse Police responded to reports of a shooting on the 100 block of Steuben Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 36-year-old Gregory Ramos-Falcon suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention and transport to Upstate University Hospital, Ramos-Falcon succumbed to his injuries.
