Alexander Ruggireo, a 26-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2020. He was found critically shot at an apartment complex on Herkimer Street. The Syracuse Police Department responded to the scene around 11:27 a.m. and discovered Ruggireo with severe injuries. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
