In the early morning hours of November 5, 2024, the life of 23-year-old Alberto Cirino was tragically cut short in a parking lot on the Near Westside of Syracuse, New York. Officers responded to a call of a person down at 320 W. Taylor Street and discovered Cirino suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
