On the night of September 15, 2021, in a Syracuse, New York apartment on Croly Street, the life of 33-year-old Julian Mansaw was tragically cut short in a hail of gunfire. Mansaw, a certified auto mechanic, former U.S. Army serviceman, and truck driver, was fatally shot multiple times. He was not the only victim that night; alongside him, 29-year-old Shabriah Gainey was also killed. Mansaw was pronounced dead at the scene, while Gainey succumbed to her injuries at a local hospital.
