Rashein Fortune, a 42-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2021. The incident occurred late on a Saturday night when Syracuse Police responded to a shots fired call at the 1300 block of South State Street. Upon arrival, officers found Rashein Fortune in a parking lot, suffering from gunshot wounds.
