Henry Lee Sullivan, aged 47, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2008, in Syracuse, New York. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:20 AM, when Sullivan was shot outside a bar located in the 1200 block of South State Street. Despite being rushed to University Hospital, he was pronounced dead at 1:30 AM. This incident marked the 12th homicide in Syracuse for that year.
