In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Syracuse, New York, the life of Henry Lee Sullivan, a 47-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On September 13, 2008, Sullivan was in front of Lois Lounge, a local establishment at 1226 S. State St., when he was shot. The incident occurred at approximately 12:20 a.m., shattering the late-night calm of the neighborhood.
