On March 20, 2024, at approximately 6:15 p.m., Syracuse Police responded to a reported shooting with injuries at 304 Court Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 35-year-old Andre Marshall suffering from a gunshot wound to his groin. He was transported to Upstate University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
