Jonathan Diaz, a 26-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on November 24, 2016. Diaz, originally from Sunnyside, WA, moved to Syracuse in 1992 and was well-known in his community. He was a graduate of Onondaga Central High School and SUNY Brockport, where he played football and lacrosse. Diaz was employed with The Redhouse and had previously worked for NYS OPWDD. His sudden death left a significant impact on his family, friends, and the local community.
