Asalic Parham, a 25-year-old resident of Syracuse, New York, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2020. Parham was found on Evaleen Avenue around 1:44 a.m., having been shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of first responders and subsequent lifesaving attempts at Upstate University Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
