In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Syracuse, New York, the life of 29-year-old Corey Bryant was tragically cut short. On August 21, 2022, at approximately 4:17 a.m., police responded to a call of a possible shooting on North State Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Bryant with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. He was rushed to Upstate University Hospital, but tragically, he was pronounced dead in the emergency room.
