Robert "Pops" Parler Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically passed away on June 9, 2012. Born on July 3, 1990, in Birmingham, AL, Robert spent most of his life in Syracuse, where he worked at Southerland Global Services. He was a beloved father to his children, Ny'Kir, Robert III, and Rhomany, and was in a relationship with Pamela Harper. Robert was also a cherished son, brother, and grandson, leaving behind a large family who mourned his untimely death.
