Quintin J. Horner, a 50-year-old resident of Utica, NY, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2018. Born on January 9, 1968, in Utica, he was a lifelong resident of the area. Horner was known for his love of the outdoors, particularly fishing, and was a registered Native American of the Sioux Indian Tribe.
