On a cold November evening in Utica, New York, the life of 33-year-old Todd Tizzy Rodgers was tragically cut short. On November 22, 2019, Rodgers was discovered in his vehicle on the 100 block of James Street, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was a male resident of Utica, born on May 1, 1986. Emergency services were called to the scene, and Rodgers was swiftly transported to a local hospital for medical attention. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, he succumbed to his injuries.
