Todd Lavar "Tizzy" Rodgers, a 33-year-old resident of Utica, NY, tragically passed away on November 22, 2019, as a result of gun violence. Born on May 1, 1986, Todd was known for his technical and electronic skills, his love for fishing, and his talent for grilling.
