On January 26, 2024, 19-year-old Otarion Lomax of Houston, Texas, was fatally shot in a tragic road rage incident on the Southwest Freeway near Hillcroft Avenue. Lomax, a recent Westbury High School graduate with aspirations to become a crane operator, was returning home from an evening of bowling with friends when the incident occurred.
