On the evening of December 26, 2017, Jimmy E. Kleinert, a 69-year-old male, arranged to meet with James O'Brien and Bobby V. Summers for what would be his final transaction. Kleinert, who was known to be carrying a significant amount of cash, between $4,000 and $7,000, got into a minivan around 5:00 p.m. to complete a drug deal. He was accompanied to the meeting by a woman named Steph Johnny Walters.
