In the summer of 2016, a grim discovery was made on the side of a Nashville, Tennessee, road that would leave a family grieving and a community searching for answers. On July 13th, a passing motorist stumbled upon the body of Kevin Blanchette, a 34-year-old Caucasian man. It was soon determined that he had been the victim of a fatal shooting. The Nashville Police Department quickly launched a homicide investigation into the violent death of the male victim.
