Jerome Spence, a 26-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on April 1, 2018, Easter Sunday. The incident occurred on Sterling Street in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood. Spence had just dropped off his 5-year-old daughter, Camille, after spending the Easter weekend with her.
