Equan Lamir Poppa Fallen, a 20-year-old resident of Albany, New York, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2018. He was shot outside his family's apartment at 448 Livingston Avenue. The incident occurred just before 6:30 p.m., and Equan was quickly transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
