Latrell Brown, a 16-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2018. Latrell was walking with his girlfriend in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood when he encountered Justin Delapara, then 17 years old. Following a brief exchange of words, Delapara shot Latrell in the head, resulting in his immediate death.
