On a summer evening in Harlem, tragedy struck a young man at the corner of West 154th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Zuquone Lurk, a 22-year-old male, was found by police officers around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, with gunshot wounds to his head and torso. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene and quickly transported him to Harlem Hospital. Despite their efforts, Lurk was pronounced dead at the hospital.
