Anthony Oswald McLean, a 27-year-old police officer with the New York City Housing Authority Police Department, tragically lost his life on April 13, 1988, while performing his duties. On that fateful night, Officer McLean and his partner were assigned to search four buildings for a young girl who had been reported missing.
