Nicolas Vargas Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Manhattan, was tragically shot and killed on August 31, 2018, in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. near West 238th Street and Broadway, outside an IHOP restaurant.
