Amber Washburn, aged 24, tragically lost her life on October 22, 2018, in Sodus, New York. On that fateful day, Amber and her fiancé, Joshua Niles, were gunned down in their driveway. The couple had just returned home when the assailant, Timothy Dean, opened fire. Joshua Niles was shot first, and as Amber attempted to reverse her vehicle to escape, she was also fatally shot. Their infant son, who was in the backseat of the vehicle, miraculously survived the attack uninjured.
