In the early morning hours of a spring day in Brooklyn, a discovery was made that brought a violent end to a man's life. On March 16, 2019, shortly before 9:30 a.m., police responded to a 911 call behind a New York City Housing Authority building at 474 Marcy Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
