In the early hours of a summer morning in Brooklyn, a burst of violence cut short the life of 22-year-old Terrence Bazile. On July 2, 2020, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Bazile was shot in the hip in front of a residence at 623 East 96th Street in the East Flatbush neighborhood. The location of the shooting was just five blocks from his own home on East 91st Street.
