In the pre-dawn hours of a Saturday in Brooklyn, the life of 27-year-old Jose Galloway was tragically cut short. On October 12, 2024, at approximately 3:51 a.m., a barrage of gunfire shattered the quiet in the Flatbush neighborhood.
