A 28-year-old man, Romello Hayes, was fatally shot on Sunday, September 25, 2022, in Brooklyn, New York. Hayes, a resident of Decatur Street, was brought to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Bushwick by private means at approximately 6:41 a.m. He was suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest and his right hand.
