Darien Simpson, a 20-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on September 2, 2020. The incident occurred around 12:50 a.m. on Howard Avenue near Pacific Street in the Brownsville neighborhood. Simpson was struck in the chest during a confrontation, and despite being rushed to Interfaith Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
