Kather Werts, a 17-year-old from the Bronx, New York, was tragically murdered on September 10, 2020. The incident occurred in broad daylight on Hoe Avenue, where Werts was shot execution-style. Surveillance footage released by the NYPD shows two suspects arriving at the scene. One of the suspects, identified as Wesley Torres, 19, was later arrested.
