In the Bronx, a 22-year-old man named Yudelfi Martinez was fatally shot on June 4, 2015. The incident occurred in the evening, when Martinez was struck in the chest and arm by gunfire.

Following an investigation into the shooting, two suspects were taken into custody. The first, Darell Peoples, was apprehended and subsequently charged with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.
