Cesar Augustino Suero, a 39-year-old resident of Washington Heights, was tragically shot and killed on November 12, 2014, outside a deli in the Bronx, New York. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. on University Avenue in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx. Suero was struck by bullets in the torso and leg and was quickly transported to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
