Luis Caballero, a 22-year-old aspiring rapper from Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on October 18, 2020. Known by his stage name "Lu Blixky," Caballero was gunned down just before 1 a.m. at the intersection of Watkins Street and Livonia Avenue in the Brownsville neighborhood.
