Jean Dorce, a 33-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on the evening of September 5, 2019. The incident occurred in the East Flatbush neighborhood, specifically on East 28th Street near Cortelyou Road. Dorce was standing outside a single-family home when a dark-colored SUV approached.
