Chloe Spears, a 16-year-old high school student from Brooklyn, NY, tragically lost her life on April 5, 2021, in a horrific incident that also claimed the lives of her mother, Rasheeda Barzey, and her older sister, Solei Spears. The incident occurred in their apartment in the Van Dyke Houses in Brownsville, Brooklyn.
