Isaiah Bowman, a 25-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on June 10, 2022. The incident occurred just steps from his home at the Breukelen Houses, a NYCHA complex located on E. 108th St. near Glenwood Road in Canarsie.
