Israel De La Torre, aged 34, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2020, in San Bernardino, California. On that fateful day, De La Torre and another man, Daniel Melendrez, 32, were shot and killed on North Grand Avenue. The San Bernardino Police Department responded to a report of shots fired just before 3:15 p.m. and found both men wounded at the scene.
