On August 28, 2016, 25-year-old Bryant C. "Brie" De Husson was tragically murdered in Anchorage, Alaska. De Husson, a well-known environmental activist in the community, was found shot to death in Valley of the Moon Park. An unidentified female passerby discovered De Husson's body along the park trail at approximately 1:42 a.m. Upon arrival, police also found the body of 34-year-old Kevin Turner under the park pavilion; he had also been fatally shot.
