Albert Carrasco Serrato, a 25-year-old Honduran immigrant, was tragically shot to death on July 24, 2021, in Jamaica, Queens. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. on 150th Street near 105th Avenue. Carrasco Serrato was found dressed in women's clothing, a detail that puzzled his family, who had never known him to dress that way. He was shot multiple times in the face, back, and arm.
