Wayne Heslop, a 27-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:16 AM, when police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at 4001 De Reimer Avenue, within the confines of the 47th Precinct.
