Tevin Samuel, a 29-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2021. Tevin was found with a gunshot wound to his left thigh, having been shot elsewhere before being dumped from a vehicle on Clarkson Avenue in East Flatbush.
