Daniel Valdez, a 43-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on May 2, 2022. On that day, police responded to a report of an assault at a residential address on Irwin Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Valdez with a gunshot wound to his torso. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced dead. The incident occurred within the confines of the 50th Precinct in the Bronx.
