On July 4, 2022, Sulaiman Odunsa, a 21-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life in a violent incident at a local bodega in East New York. The shooting occurred around 11:30 p.m., when officers responded to a 911 call reporting a man shot. Upon arrival, they found Odunsa with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
