On October 22, 2022, Russell Scott Wells, a 62-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically murdered. The incident occurred early in the morning at approximately 5:08 AM, when police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at 763 E. 219th Street, within the confines of the 47th Precinct.
